My Favor may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. My Favor will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
My Favor reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. My Favor will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, My Favor will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery My Favor will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days.
- We are Malaysian based professional seller group located in Hong Kong, Korea, Guangzhou & Taiwan.
- All products listed is in stock and ready-to-ship.
- Products sold are shipped directly from our Guangzhou warehouse (unless stated otherwise).
- Once receive full payment, we will proceed with delivery.
- Kindly estimate the delivery period between 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We use Citylink-Express/DPEX/SKYNET/POS LAJU/FeDex for most of our deliveries (office hour delivery).

- Refund in term of store credits as explain below.
- Colors may vary between different computers and laptops. Photoshoots may have used extra lightings and photoshop for effects, so colors may differ in picture and in real life.
- Based on the suppliers information , most measurements are true, if not variance around 1-2cm.
- Some shirts and pants are slim fit, cutting runs small, always refer to measurements and do get a size bigger.
- Prices stated are fixed, they are the final amount to be paid. One time payment, no topups or hidden costs. No bargaining will be entertained as well.
- Payment must be made together with order so as to confirm the order you are making.
- Please double check item name, color, URL(if necc) and price. We are not responsible for the incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Returns Refunds
Items except for underwear, bikinis, swimming trunks and earrings can be returned if they have not been worn, altered or washed.
a) All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging including undamaged boxes.
b) We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched and/or dirty soles. Please note that when trying on shoes, you should try them on a carpet or clean surface.
c) Only returns via courier service is accepted, Refund will be made by means of store credit (valid for 365 days from the day of return).
Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website. In the event that we send you a wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a replacement item. Please note that we do not offer refund in terms of cash.
